Surrounded by golden sand beaches, VILLA PALOMA BLANCA (11,000 sq ft) is within a gated community named Real del Mar, roughly 45 mins away from crowded Puerto Vallarta and 30 mins away from (PVR) international airport. It is a true paradise of sand and sea that offers visitors a plethora of quaint, artsy shops, diverse and authentic dining options, and a host of different activities for every vacationer to enjoy.
Our rental includes a traditional Mexican breakfast and light housekeeping throughout your stay. 4 night minimum for all stay are required.
Adventure seekers can catch waves in the nearby surf towns of Sayulita (20 mins away) and Punta Mita (15 mins away) or take an ATV tour with Vista Paraiso. Embark on a deep-sea fishing excursion and try to hook a marlin, wahoo, or yellowfin tuna. Feast on authentic tacos to work up an appetite for some surfing on the rolling waves. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You will need to furnish a credit card to the Property Manager for a REFUNDABLE $2,500 Security Deposit
- You must sign a rental agreement for this booking to be valid
- Your agreement will include additional rules that must also be followed.
- Minimum age to book is 28
- No Smoking anywhere on the property
- No pets permitted unless specified. For pet friendly units, the pets must be approved
- No more than 4 vehicles parked on/near property
- No parties/events/gatherings without prior approval
