This is a corner condo that has hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, nice furnishings and the BEST view in the complex! It has a stack-able washer and dryer, pots, pans, linens and everything you need for a family get a way or romantic weekend. The complex has a swimming pool, direct river access, dedicated parking and outdoor grills. There is a large wooden deck that overlooks the grounds and many tables for socializing.
This condo is across the street from Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Rockin’ R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
