There is one bedroom on the first floor with 2 sets of full size bunks, television, and a full bath. This room is perfect for the younger crowd in your group. There are two bedrooms with full bath on the third floor, with one queen and one king. The spacious open floor plan offers a gourmet kitchen and enough living space for the whole family to gather while looking at the Gulf and listening to the surf. There is wi-fi, smart TV, all the amenities that you expect in the kitchen, and a large deck for watching the surf. The home sits directly on the beachfront. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
