Located in gated Village Walk, this home has everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The downstairs of this open floor plan home offers a spacious living area and roomy kitchen. There is plenty of seating on the sectional sofa or the dining table, which seats 8. There is also a spacious bar for additional seating. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook your catch of the day. There is also a half bath off of the garage. Up the stairs you will find 3 bedroom all with there own baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom a queen. The third bedroom is bunk style with 2 sets of twin size extra long bunk beds. There is an additional lounge area with a porch right as you get up the stairs. This home is located near on of the communities 2 swimming pools. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
