This 5 bedroom, 4 bath pet friendly beach house, sleeps 14 and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with flat screen TV, DVD. Modern kitchen equipped for a family gathering!
The first floor (with its own private entrance) has one bedroom with a queen, sleeper sofa, and its own bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds in each – which share one bathroom. The third floor has the master bedroom that has a king bed, brand new flat screen tv, a private bath and its own private balcony! There is a bedroom next to the master that has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and its own private bath.
Washer/Dryer are on the second floor. There is a gorgeous fenced in yard that a pup would love! Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
