Only a FOUR minute drive away or 20 mins walk from the city and the Lucca train station stands LA DIMORA DEI CONTI a superb luxury apartment located in a farmhouse villa that dates back to the 15th century and now completely and painstakingly renovated to transport you to the an era of modern beauty and traditional Tuscan feeling.
As soon as you enter the foyer you will feel the special atmosphere that permeates the villa. The neutral and earth toned colours used in the family room, such as golden yellow and terra cotta, typical of the Tuscan style, create an airy and fresh effect. The very generous formal dining and living room has seating for up to 6 guests and a flat screen sat tv. The kitchen boasts ample counter space for prepping meals, a stove, dishwasher and a wide range of cooking utensils, windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding countryside.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with Tempur mattress and with a charming window overlooking the ancient Aqueduct with an ensuite bathroom with a built in shower.
The distance to Lucca Town centre and Train Station it is 2 kms which makes it a very convenient base to explore Lucca and be away from the crowds to enjoy the countryside!
EXTRA FEATURES: a SPA room a grand Jacuzzi Tub, air conditioning and a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company, DVD player, outside private garden and grounds including an Italian style garden with a romantic pergola with sofas and chairs, Al fresco dining area to enjoy meals in the shades on a side of the villa, BBQ.
Many features make this property perfect for kids: the estate is gated and completely fenced, there is a baby crib and the nearby city of Lucca offers a wide range of things to see and it is mostly car-free. The property has a private entrance for guests.
