This is a brand new, adorable home on stilts located in town within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles or watercraft and golf cart. Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee in the island breeze of the front balcony or just cooling off from a day of fishing. Walk inside to the open area floorplan for all guests to gather. The living room has two futons, which fold out to sleepers, and two accent chairs, TV, cable and Wifi. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with basic pots, pans and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 4. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
