This apartment has been completely remodeled, elegantly furnished and beautifully decorated and includes tromp l’oeil paintings by the owner. The apartment, 55 sqm, is on the 1st floor (second floor for Americans) of a building from the early 1900s, and includes AC in each room, soundproof windows and is composed of:
a small entry hall that leads to the living room, a corner kitchen decorated with hand painted tiles (refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking). 2 bedrooms : One of the two rooms has a larger bed that is closer to a king size (180x200cm) with a fresco painted by the owner.   • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
