Located in the heart of Istria, just a ten minute drive from the medieval and enchanting little village of Svetivincenat, is Villa Zabava. Svetivincenat provides a handful of restaurants and cafes, alternatively you can explore some of the seaside resorts such as Rovijn and Fazana and the capital of Pula within a 30 minute drive and all offer an array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The villa is of a modern style and comfortably decorated with the added benefit of air conditioning throughout. A welcoming covered terrace provides a lovely spot for al fresco dining in view of the inviting pool and the spacious garden also features a hot tub for your enjoyment. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
