This is a modern, spacious holiday villa, situated in an elevated position in the area of Coves Noves, just behind the very popular family resort of Arenal d’en Castell.
There are beautiful sea views to enjoy from the first floor double bedroom and open plan lounge diner, whilst the spectacular horseshoe bay and sandy beach of the resort are just a short two minute drive away. There is a good selection of restaurants and shops in Arenal d’en Castell and there is also a small water park within 10 minutes stroll from the villa. The interiors of the villa are bright and airy and offer comfortable and chic décor and furnishings.
All the bedrooms enjoy air conditioning and there is free Wifi and satellite TV. The owner has recently re-modelled the swimming pool and garden area which now includes lawn and a covered pergola at the poolside.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
