This lovely stone villa enjoys a privileged position on the slopes of the outskirts of Pollensa town. There are fantastic views of the surrounding countryside and mountains and yet the villa is within a stroll of the many amenities, restaurants and shops of the Old Town. Every Sunday morning there is a local market held in the picturesque main square where souvenirs, leather goods and farm produce can be bartered for.

The house itself is accessed via steps to the front and boasts extensive sun terraces and a shaded dining patio by the very welcome, cool waters of the Roman style swimming pool. There’s also a great little barbecue house at the poolside for cooking those local delicacies hard won at the market.
Inside, the house is traditionally furnished with authentic local grace and style yet includes modern amenities such as air-conditioning in the bedrooms for those hot summer evenings.
