On the first floor is the living room, an air-conditioned environment and decorated mostly with wooden furniture, both colonial and contemporary, the walls are decorated with beautiful tapestries. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the nearby trees and the colonial structure of the fortification walls. Next to the living room is the dining area with a table for 6 seats and the beautiful kitchen with its cabinets in shade of green, equipped with excellent appliances and other kitchen utensils, for the preparation of excellent meals. Its 3 bedrooms are spacious, all air conditioned and equipped with a king and queen-size beds, wireless internet and charming private bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the last floor with direct access to the rooftop terrace.
