**Please note, this property is currently undergoing addition renovations. There is zero access inside the home from the construction/addition side as there is a door that is closed and locked between the home and the addition. The inside of the home you will experience will not have any construction. One bedroom will have views of construction equipment. Construction crews will be working normal business hours (which may unexpectedly be extended) while you’re out skiing and will use a separate driveway solely for the construction! This work is estimated to be completed in Spring 2023.**

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Kids welcome. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
