This Home is a 400 sq.m. fully equipped two-floor apartment located in the rural area of Nea Magnesia, 500m from the beach. near taverns and supermarkets and 10 km from Rethymno town.
The house consists of 3 different apartments, 2 on the ground floor each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and one on the first floor with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property has large living areas, three living rooms with sofas, satellite TV sets, and three modern open-plan fully equipped kitchens.
There are 8 bedrooms, four with double beds and four with twin beds. All beds have coco mat mattresses. There are eight bathrooms and a Jacuzzi on the big balcony. On the exterior there is a 25 sq.m. shared swimming pool with outdoor furniture, a small children’s play area, and a BBQ.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
