This is a 160 sq.m. Stone-built villa in walking distance to the beach and all amenities, in Adelianos Kambos area, 6 km from Rethymno town. It is traditionally decorated with stone and wood details.
The ground floor features a fully equipped living room (air-conditioned) and has two sofas, a Netflix account on the big TV set, and a fireplace, while its large glass doors have a great view of the private swimming pool area. On the same level, there is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. Furthermore, there is a twin bedroom and direct access to the pool area. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine on this level.
A wooden staircase leads you to the other two charming bedrooms of the villa with wooden ceilings. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds with a large balcony with sea views. In one bedroom there is a TV for netflix use only. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower on this level. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
On the exteriors, there is a private 30 sq.m. Swimming pool (heated in the months of October & November) with umbrellas, various outdoor furniture, a shaded area and a BBQ.
The villa is just 350 m away from the beach while the area has all possible tourist amenities such as shops, taverns, and supermarkets. It is near Platanias are with its famous nightlife and just 6km from the vivid Rethymno town with the beautiful sandy beaches and unlimited tourist attractions, cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, etc. A car is not considered to be necessary.
