Ismini 1 is a 55 sq.m. beach apartment located in Kalives village, in Apokoronas Chania area. There is a large open-plan stylishly decorated living room with a build in sofa bed that can host one more guest and an attached kitchen area.The bathroom, with a small bath/shower, WC and basin is also at this level, along with a door leading onto a large stone patio surrounded by flowers.
Wooden steps lead to the mezzanine which is divided into two spaces with a double bed and another with a single bed ,with bed-height windows overlooking the garden and sea.
Kalives is a beautiful village in the Akrotiri peninsula with stunning scenery and beautiful nature. It is a half an hour drive from Chania. The area is full of tourist amenities, both for daytime activities on the sandy beaches as well as for nightlife in the taverns, cafes, and bars of Almyrida, of Kalives, of Vamos, and other nearby villages.
