This 51 m2 first-floor accommodation with 2 bedrooms and capacity for up to 4 people has a practical and modern decoration while preserving traditional elements such as its windows with shutters that insulate the place thermally and acoustically very well.
As soon as you enter you will see a bright living room open to the kitchen, which has very complete furniture and equipment. The master bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with a single bed and a trundle bed are completely interior. Finally, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower puts the icing on this exquisite cake.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Late CHECK-OUT (under request): 5 EUR per person. Min.: 20 EUR.
- Pet: 25 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
