Welcome to this comfortable apartment on the 3th floor, located in the shoppingstreet of Knokke. The commercial center of Knokke and especially the beach is an walking distance. The apartment has been comfortably decorated and has everything you need to make your stay perfect; a well equipped kitchen, charming dining and living room. With its 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a balcon on the back, providing comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people, it is ideal for families or couples.
The Space:
The apartment is located on the corner point of Lippenslaan and a quieter street. The entrance is on Lippenslaan but the apartment itself is located on the quiet intermediate street. The apartment is located 800 meters from the beach. Before summer 2022, the facade of the apartment was completely renovated. A completely new heating system was also installed. This solved all the problems with the heating system.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
