Plenty of space and a large swimming pool in front of the door, in the midst of neighbours, but still private and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for on holiday: This is the villa "Marga de Cala d’Or". The resort of Cala d’Or in the "golden bay" of the same name was designed by the architect Josep Costa Ferrer in the early 30’s. He comes from Ibiza - and has imported the typical architecture of the neighbouring island. The bright white, flat-roofed "Marga" is also a reminder of this. The spacious house sits on a plot of more than 1,000 m², which has been optimally used, because the focus here is on the beautiful curved, level pool surrounded by natural stone walls and the large paved terrace. This attracts with numerous seating areas and sun loungers not only for sun worshippers.
