This villa enjoys incredible views of the valley. The living room can either be air-conditioned or fully opened to the terrace and pool. The kitchen with a large island, separates the modern kitchen from the dining area. Each bedroom has a French satellite TV, iPod docking station, and an ensuite bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed can be accessed via the living room, the 3rd bedroom is situated on the other side of the house in front of the pool. An air-conditioned fitness room is located below the main house. The outdoor space is partially covered and offers seating at a large dining table in the shade. The large, heated lap pool ends at the edge of the property, the pool offers a shallow area for children to play or for sunbathing on loungers in the water. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Villa Bastide comes with complimentary breakfast daily except on Sunday and house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
