This is a beautiful two-bedroom holiday home situated right in thew heart of the highly popular market town of Narberth. Narberth is a shopper’s heaven with independent shops selling a range of exquisite items and plenty of award-winning cafes, pubs and restaurants.
Upon entering you will find the beautifully furnished open plan living room and kitchen. The living room benefits from comfy sofas to kick back and relax in front of the large smart TV and the kitchen all the appliances one could need to cook up a storm.
Heading upstairs you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom consists of a double bed and views out onto the garden and the second a lovely twin room. The family bathroom is modern and is made up of a bath/shower, toilet, and hand basin.
This home has the luxury of a back garden area with outside seating for you to enjoy. There is one parking space for this property.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
