The sun was shining as it usually did here on Florida’s scenic coastal highway. Pinkie Flamingo loved the Blue Mountain beach area and Highland Parks was a very popular neighborhood. The amenities were over-the-top featuring a resort-style pool with waterfall, hot tub, gazebo, fire pit, snack bar, family eating area, and observation tower with soaring views of the Gulf. She was on her way to “Somewhere On A Beach” and the thought alone was very appealing!
Tucked away on a quiet, lower street she found what she was looking for...her next guest nest!
As she pulled up, she noted the ample driveway with plenty of parking. Pinkie entered through the covered front porch, down a hall and found herself in a fresh and friendly open space, combining entertainment, dining and cooking. She could tell...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
