Aurorita is a very pretty and modern house perfect for a small family or two couples, perfectly located in a quiet residential area yet within a ten minute drive from the Nerja town centre with its many bars, shops, restaurants, and sandy beaches. Accessed by a number of steps, this modern style property provides well-appointed accommodation throughout, with a large lounge/dining room. The half-open kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A lovely double bedroom and a beautifully tiled full shower room with WC and a basin are also on the ground floor, whilst the other double bedroom is ensuite and located on the first floor with its own sun terrace. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
