With several restaurants and a mini-market within walking distance, and Trapezaki beach a 5 minute drive, this villa is in a great location for relaxing, enjoying the surrounding nature and the Greek Islands’ slower pace of life. All set on one floor, the main living area with the kitchen and dining areas have traditional décor mixed in with some practical comfy sofas and the double and twin bedrooms enjoy air-conditioning. The good sized swimming pool and terrace in front of the villa boast comfy outdoor sofas and chairs, with sun loungers and umbrellas and a built in barbecue perfect for al fresco dining. Free Wi-Fi, hairdryers and pool towels are all provided to make the villa as comfortable as possible and the sturdy thick stone walls keep the interiors cool in the mid day sun. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
