Step inside this gorgeous apartment and be awed by the view out the large windows and onto the River Seine. To the right you see the gorgeous face of the queen of Paris, Notre Dame Cathedral. To the Left the Palace of Justice, the beautiful bridges of the city, and the booksellers on the river bank.
As you watch the fantastic light of Paris slowly changing throughout the day, you will learn what makes this city so magic.
Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, the famous Rue De La Huchette is right behind the building. Enjoy the cafes and nightlife of the Latin Quarter where students have met for centuries near the Sorbonne University. Go for a stroll in the nearby Jardin Luxembourg. Visit the famous Shakespeare and Co. bookstore.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
