Casa Luana is a lovely single storey villa situated in the elevated area of Cerro d’Aguia, which overlooks the colourful Albufeira Marina below. This three bedroom villa is light and airy, and offers comfortable accommodation for a relaxing escape to the Algarve. It is well equipped and includes air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms, as well as Wi-Fi internet access and satellite television. Outside there is a delightful covered terrace and brick-built barbecue, perfect for dining alfresco whilst admiring the views to the ocean. Both the marina and the popular Old Town of Albufeira can be reached in less than a 10 minute drive, and here you will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.There is a supermarket and cafe about 1km away in the Pateo area, however a car is still advised to make the most of the location and to get into the centre of Albufeira. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
