Sandpiper is situated in one of the best locations on the island, halfway between the historic town of Lindos with its narrow white washed streets and dominating ancient acropolis and the village resort of Pefkos with its quality restaurants, nightlife and long sandy beaches, both reachable in less than 10 minutes drive. Sandpiper is a traditional countryside villa with tiled roof and pine ceilings, tastefully furnished throughout, with two good-sized bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. A fantastic outside terrace complete with built in barbecue surrounds the inviting swimming pool and the breathtaking panoramic sea views across to the infamous ‘Guns of Navarone’ cliff face and out to the shimmering Aegean sea. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
