Ca’n Fuat is a lovely, newly renovated house, sitting in the countryside just outside the resort of Alcudia with easy access to the many amenities of this bustling resort including the nearby Aquapark. Alcudia Old Town, encircled by high walls, is home to many traditional tapas bars and souvenir shops whilst the Marina is the place to go for trendy bars and upmarket shops.
The accommodation is all on the ground floor and is furnished and decorated with taste and style with new and modern fittings. Both bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning, a welcome respite from the hot sunny days. Sliding patio doors from the lounge lead straight out onto the covered terrace, the ideal spot for relaxing with a good book or a refreshing drink. The newly built Roman style pool, encircled by lawn, is the place to be with its cool waters and comfortable sun loungers.
