19920 Le Petit Chateau: This charming three-bedroom craftsman cottage is close to everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Built in 1910, this home was ordered from a Sears catalogue and arrived in kit form! Step through the hot pink front door and into the foyer adorned with the original hand-painted glass globe chandelier that was offered with all Craftsman Sears homes.
The antique home has original polished hardwood floors throughout, updated bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. On the main floor there is a cozy living room with a smart TV and a large sofa and loveseat. Through the living room is a bright dining area overlooking the backyard and a great kitchen for those who want to prepare meals together at home. Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with a tub-shower combo.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
