The first floor has a renovated kitchen with a compact island, TV and a dining area that faces the living room and a three-quarter bathroom. Just off the kitchen is a bedroom with two twin beds. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a queen bed, plus a day bed, and a large deck to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and mature trees. This floor has a bath with walk-in shower, plus another bedroom with a full bed and a loveseat.

Cooks Brook Beach is only a 15-minute walk and is one of our favorite bayside beaches to capture an awe-inspiring sunset. Explore the many restaurants Eastham has to offer! Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
