Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- You are getting a clean, organized property with all items in perfect working order.
- It is your duty to return it in these conditions.
- Whatever the divergence from the descriptive memorandum, please communicate as soon as possible.
- Smoking is expressly prohibited. Such rule also applies for the common areas of the condominium;
- The time of silence is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, monday to friday, and during the whole weekend;
- The parking space(s) were indicated during checkin. It is expressly prohibited to park in any location other than these(s).
- Our city has selective garbage collection. It is essential that your disposal, therefore, respect this rule.
- Any infringement of any of the rules will subject you to a penalty of up to brl 1,000.00, per infringement.
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 3000 BRL
