Situated in the affluent Royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea this spacious and bright one bedroom flat is in the perfect location, within walking distance of Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, Harrods and some of London’s most famous museums (Natural History museum, Design museum, Science museum, Victoria and Albert museum). The apartment includes period features and high ceilings creating a sense of granduer. You will have everything you need for a comfortable stay in Central London.
The Space:
As you enter the apartment, you will arrive in the open plan living room and kitchen. The large bay window floods the room with light and creates a feeling of space. There is a large and very comfy sofa, a TV and fast internet connection.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals at home.
The bedroom is located at the back of the property, perfect to have a great night sleep. It has a very comfy mattress with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings.
The bathroom is clean and modern, complete with shower and bath, as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for you to use.

The Neighborhood:
Kensington and Chelsea is London’s most affluent borough, so you can expect grand buildings, immaculate streets, designer/boutique shops, and upmarket bars and restaurants. You are in a great location close to many major tourist attractions including the Natural History museum, Science museum, V&A centre, Hyde Park, Harrods, Saatchi Gallery and much more. The area is very safe and also has great transport links to the rest of London.
Getting Around:
South Kensington Underground station is just a 2 minute walk from the property, linking you to the rest of London. There are also many bus routes leaving from the nearby main road, or if you want an authentic London experience, you can hail a black cab.
Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
