The rural house La Suerte is in the heart of the Agaete Valley, just 4 kilometers away from Puerto de Las Nieves and the beach of the coastal town. When seated on the private balcony you will have magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Mount Teide, and the protected natural area of “Berrazales”.
There are 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 5 people distributed over the 400 m². The master bedroom has a double bed and a separate living room as well as a private terrace with an outdoor shower.
It has different outdoor spaces such as two large terraces and a balcony both equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the barbecue and a space enabled as an outdoor area for the dining times. We highlight our sauna with capacity for 5 people.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
