Fully equipped for 6 people near the city center and all amenities. Shops, restaurants, as well as Nice Ville train station and the tram line are within walking distance in a few minutes.
It is located on the 3rd floor of a residence near the sea with lift, it is bright and has air conditioning.
The apartment consists of an independent kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer etc., a living-dining room and 3 bedrooms all with 2 beds of 90 cm x 200 cm which can be joined to form King beds (180 cm), a large bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, another bathroom with shower and toilet and another independent toilet.
Many activities are offered by the Nice tourist office.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
