Property Manager (TKG) has implemented the most comprehensive cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing standards of any rental company in Killington. TKG has VOSHA trained employees. Please check the Agency of Commerce and Community Development for the State of Vermont for travel restrictions prior to booking your property so that you are compliant with State guidelines. We are also offering Travel Insurance so you don’t have to worry about what the future may bring.
Northeast Passage Chalet is a wonderful hot tub house located at the end of a private road. There are two wonderful living areas with stone fireplaces. The hot tub to help you wash away your aches and pains after a hard day on the slopes is located on a expansive deck just off the lower level recreation room. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Smoking
- Pets in pet friendly properties only with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
- Minimum Age Requirement is 24.
