Cascina La Valle is the pearl of the farm estate of the same name. Its geographical position is particularly interesting as it is located within two UNESCO World Heritage sites: the "Sacri Monti (Sacred Mountains) of Piedmont and Lombardy", due to the presence of the Sacro Monte of Crea, and the "Vineyard Landscape of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero and Monferrato". Cascina La Valle is surrounded by 17 hectares of land made up of truffle trees that produce the culinary treasure of Monferrato, the white truffle of Moncalvo certified by the Piedmont Region, as well as vineyards and orchards. The property is accessed through an automatic entrance gate, made of cedar of Lebanon wood, which leads to the courtyard which is artfully illuminated in summer evenings. The property is a typical, late 19th century Piedmont-Monferrato farmhouse, with an older vaulted part dating back to the Middle Ages, on 2 floors for a total of about 600 sq m. The renovation was completed in 2013 respecting the architectural characteristics and was equipped with Capoferri fixtures composed of large sliding glass doors (with electric mosquito netting) from where you can admire the unique panorama that the countryside offers. The rooms are elegant, welcoming and very well-lit. For truffle lovers it is possible to organise an unmissable experience, the “truffle hunt", while fans of Nordic walking, mountain biking, and horseback riding can follow the numerous itineraries created on ecological trails that will lead them to small historic borghi, rich in art, such as the Sacro Monte of Crea. The ancient route of the “Via Francigena” passes right next to the property. Not to be missed is a visit to the infernot, spaces located below ordinary houses and used for the storage of bottles which constitute true works of art born from country tradition and the expertise of master vintners.

The twin bedroom is connected via a door to the bedroom of the suite composed of a double bed, bathroom with tub, kitchenette, living room with single sofa bed and exit to the terrace. Park:
The courtyard in front of the farmhouse leads, in a longitudinal direction, to the 800 sq m garden planted with roses and low plants while tall trees, also of exotic origin such as bingo giloba, and hazelnuts delimit the garden to the south-west that leads to the pool area which enjoys excellent sun exposure throughout the day. Near the courtyard is a large furnished portico, equipped with a barbecue for convivial moments, and a second portico with fitness equipment
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
