A luxurious, tastefully renovated nest right at the heart of Kalamata city centre! Fully equipped, spacious, can host comfortably 4 guests. Only steps to the main square and near all the important parts of the city (the beach, the historic center, the railway park, shops, coffee houses and restaurants).
The Space:
Our second floor apartment consists of a spacious open plan living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dinning area, a master and a kid’s bedroom, a luxurious bathroom and two balconies.
The living room has a 3 seater sofa which unfolds to a large single bed, 2 comfortable lounge chairs, a coffee table and a 40" TV. It also has direct access to the furnished front balcony of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might require, several coffee maker options, cooking and dinning utensils. It also features a full size dinning table and 4 super comfortable...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
