Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located beach bungalow. You will be within walking distance of everything Fulton has to offer including bars, restaurants, fishing, shopping, the newly rebuilt lighted Fulton Pier, and more. A short 10 minute drive will put you on Rockport beach, or hop the ferry over to Port Aransas! This adorable home is full of our personal touches and boasts a full kitchen, washer/dryer, covered boat parking and huge screened in back porch. There are queen beds in two of the bedrooms, and a twin over full bunk bed in the third. The full sized futon serves as extra sleeping space. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a meal and features a wonderful coffee station. Relax in the claw foot soaking tub. Enjoy the evening breeze on the screened in back porch while grilling the day’s catch. The Turquoise Mermaid is your new home away from home!

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
