This New Braunfels Home offers plenty of space! 5 Bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 bathrooms, on an acre of land between the 3rd & 4th crossing on the Guadalupe river. It has an outside shower cabana and a rec room that sports a big screen TV and a Foosball table. Cook a great meal in the newly updated kitchen with granite counter tops, new back splash, stove, dishwasher and microwave! The dining table has seating for 8 and there are 6 chairs at the breakfast bar. There are also 6 padded folding chairs. The rec room also has 4 sets of bunk beds, 4 sets of twin over full bunks beds which can accommodating 12 guests. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs; 3 with a Queen size bed and 1 with a King size bed....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
