Peacock Pass, our recently expanded, vintage 1950s cabin, delivers such a unique experience at Lake Dunlap. Despite recent updates, we have worked to maintain the original feel of the cabin that has been in our family for over 40 years. The stunning view, terraced levels, firepit (firewood not provided), outdoor seating, and lakefront are just a few of the neat features. With recent dam failure, the water levels have fallen, but the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful view of the lake still remain! We have installed steps down to the new waterfront to accommodate fishing/kayaking (2 Kayaks provided) and other water recreation. ...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
