Private covered patio with ample seating and an iron charcoal BBQ pit. Tubes and shuttle service 250 yds. up river. Come and relax on the the fireflys dance each night.
Home is fully furnished with a huge open kitchen/dining/living room which include many extra amenities A great place to gather and relax after a full day on the river!! The kitchen has everything! Fully stocked and then some. Dining room table seats 8 and there are 5 additional bar stools at the kitchen island/ breakfast bar. The living room has a leather sofa, a love seat with ottoman and a twin over twin trundle bed. There is an electric fire place, satellite TV and WiFi. WiFi and Cell Phone Service are very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages.
The master bedroom at the end of the hall has a king bed, flat screen TV and private full bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed (each room sleeps 5) There is a guest bathroom centrally located to the kitchen as well as the guest bedrooms. Washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
There are 3 houses on this gated property that share the river access. Right next door to the Texas Star is the Wagon Wheel 3/2 that sleeps 14 and has river views. There is the Bluebonnet Cabin (does not have a river view) that sleeps 10. If you have a large party please inquire about the other 2 houses.
NO PARTIES, NO PETS NO SMOKING! Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property for the duration of the stay. This home has a maximum occupancy of 14 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. You can park 5-6 vehicles at this property. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
