The living room has a big screen Smart TV, DVD player, queen sofa sleeper (Brand new Sofa Sleeper, June 2021) and table with seating. The kitchen boasts all the comforts of home and is fully stocked. The island has 4 bar stools. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The spacious full bathroom has a deep soaking jetted tub. This home has a washer and dryer. There is a propane BBQ grill outside, firepit (firewood not provided), and enough parking for 2 vehicles and a boat. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. NO parties, this is a residential area, quiet hours are enforced. No smoking. One small dog considered, please inquire. There will be a $25 per day pet fee if we accept your dog request. This home has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
