NEW LISTING!! Come to the ‘Cowboy Lodge’ if you are looking to relax, or to make memories with your friends & family. A place where you can sit above the river on a large deck and listen to the sounds of flowing water over the rocks, wild goats bellowing as they climb on the 400 ft. cliff across the river, or tubers having fun as they pass by. You can also watch wild turkeys, deer, and a wide variety of bird life. This is a newly constructed luxurious 4 bedroom/3 Bath home right on the Guadalupe River between the 2nd & 3rd River crossings on River Road in the gated community of Cliff View Condos with 300 feet of waterfront river access on a pebble beach. The pebble beach is nothing short of FANTASTIC!!! You can enter the river right off the pebble beach and exit at a variety of places up & down the river, there are shuttle services available to return you to the property. Also, if you enjoy live music, the property is short drive to River Road Ice House & Gruene.
The Cowboy Lodge sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Open kitchen/dining/living room with many extra amenities. Granite countertops with large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds. You will find the 4th bedroom downstairs with 2 twins and a full bath.
There are tube rentals (during Summer months) next door at Gilligan’s Island. A shuttle back from Lone Star Float house provides a perfect afternoon float trip. Additionally, there is a large rock beach a short walk from the house and a deep natural swimming hole there as well. A large car port is the perfect spot to toss washers and catch a break from the sun. The beach is private as you are in a gated community with other vacation renters. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The maximum occupancy is 12 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. No RV’s, trailers, ATV’s or tents allowed. You can park 4 cars at the home, and another 2 cars at the extra parking. WiFi and Cell Phone Service are very spotty in this area. No refunds/cancellations for outages.
This cabin is one of the 8 Moo Cow Cabins. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage insurance up to $1500.
