When you step into this cottage you will know you are at the coast! The great room features vaulted ceilings, well equipped kitchen, dining area with a table for 6, extra seating at the breakfast bar and a living area all open with delightful coastal decor and a split bedroom plan. The master features a king bed and private bath. On the other end of the home are two bedrooms, one with a queen, one with two sets of twin bunk beds and a shared full bath. There is a queen air mattress in the closet of the living room for extra sleeping room. THERE IS A BRAND NEW 55" SMART TV IN THE LIVING ROOM.
A private breezeway features a sitting area and an outdoor shower for rinsing off. Pirates Bay features landscaped walking paths through the complex, two fabulous slope entry pools, fire pit area and a large kids play area. It is close to many of the restaurants, bars and shops...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
