The first floor has one bedroom, one with a queen bed and a set of twin bunks, a spacious living area with a game table and one bathroom. Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a King and the third bedroom has a queen. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. The home is right next to the boardwalk and has unobstructed beach views. This home offers the perfect setting for a one of a kind family vacation! This home has access to a golf cart rental, through a third party at special rates, that will be delivered right to your door! There are a maximum of 4 cars allowed at this property. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at Gulf Waters charges $3.00 a day...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
