This splendid, modern-style villa arose from a renewal project of an old building that was used in the past as a detachment of the coast guard of the Adriatic Riviera. Portoverde Beach Villa is, in fact, the ideal combination between modernity, comfort and elegance that will allow guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a structure that is unique in the entire Riviera. The villa, besides having a private pool facing the sea and a private dock, is within walking distance of the sandy beaches and also of all main services such as restaurants, bars and supermarket. Portoverde Beach Villa has been designed so that a large group can stay here, thanks to the large glass doors that lead out to the large portico facing the pool from the living room, while also guaranteeing optimal privacy thanks to the two master bedrooms with private terraces on the first floor.
Interior:
The villa has three floors. From the main entrance you go into a hallway that leads to the large living room with sliding glass windows that lead out to the porch and the pool. Thanks to a system of sliding doors, it is possible to isolate the large dining room from the rest of the living room. Also on this floor is a functional kitchen, two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and four bathrooms with shower (three of which are ensuite). Also on the ground floor is a handy guest bathroom and a laundry room. From the living room, a staircase designed in resin and crystal leads up to the first floor of the villa composed of a cosy lounge with TV and reading area that leads out to the terrace and to the two main double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom with shower and the other with an adjacent bathroom with shower. One room has direct access to the terraces. From the terrace sea front, a spiral staircase leads up to the third level where there is another terrace with jacuzzi, not heated. The first floor can also be reached via an external staircase.
Park:
The completely fenced with metal mesh garden extends around the villa and the pool area. Portoverde Beach Villa has two convenient parking areas, positioned in front of the two driveway gates, containing up to 6 parking spaces. Between the entrance barrier and the driveway gate there are a further 6 shared parking spaces. The 1000 sq m garden is covered by lawn with shrubs such as oleanders, beautiful palm trees in front of the pool and hedges providing maximum privacy. The portico facing the pool, accessible from the ground floor living area, is the ideal place for enjoying the view of the port and the dock, perhaps while savouring a tasty meal based on fish.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool faces the sea and is about 10 m from the villa. It is located on the same level and can be reached across the garden or via paths in porcelain stoneware. Measuring 10 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, it is lined in artificial stone and access is via large steps on the short side of the pool. It has chlorine purification and internal lighting with a particular play of variegated lights. The sunbathing area is paved in porcelain stoneware and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
Pets: On request. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
