This gorgeous coastal cottage is located right in the middle of Port Aransas—walking distance to the beach and Town. The master bedroom has a king size bed and all three guest rooms queen size beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit is pet friendly and offers wireless internet. There is plenty of room to park a boat. Ride one of the two bikes to any of the restaurants or bars right near the home. The beach is about a mile away. The small complex also offers a community pool shared by only 10 homes. Come visit Harper’s Berry for a week or just a few days! This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
