The ground level of this home offers a 2 car garage, wet bar and sitting area that open to the private pool and 2 bedrooms both with private baths and king size beds. Up the stairs to the second level you will find 4 bedrooms and a central living area. The first 2 master suites have king size beds with private baths and the other two bedrooms share a bath with a queen in one room and 2 sets of twin bunks in the other. The bunk room is set up in true kid fashion with a sofa for playing games or watching movies. There is a spacious beachfront deck off of this level with a cocktail table that sits 8. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
