Perfect for 2 families the master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom a king bed and the other two bedroom have two sets of twin bunks each. This wonderful community has a swimming pool and a small pond for fishing. Casa Las Olas is now pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along on vacation! Come and relax for the weekend or a whole week! Casa Las Olas has everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. 1 car garage access. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
