Welcome to Amsterdam! Here you’ll feel right at home in your own 165m² apartment with room for 4 adults + children. The apartment offers everything the heart desires in comfort such as clean fresh towels and linens.
It’s airy and invitingly decorated with modern furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped so you’ll have ample opportunity to cook a nice meal from scratch on the days you don’t feel like exploring one of Amsterdam’s many wonderful restaurants. You’ll also find two smart TV’s in the apartment so you can log on to your favourite streaming services such as Netflix or HBO.

Just outside the door Amsterdam is waiting for you, when you step out you are right on the Red Light canals. You can also see the canal from your apartment living room.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:
- Late check-out: 250 DKK per booking.
- One guest after 22:00 for one day: 300 DKK per booking. Max. quantity: 10.
- Crib: 250 DKK per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
- Pet: 50 DKK per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Misplaced or lost key(s): 500 DKK per booking. Max. quantity: 10.
- Baby high chair: 150 DKK per booking. Max. quantity: 3.
- Fresh set of bedsheets + towels: 180 DKK per booking. Max. quantity: 10.
- Arrival out of schedule: 250 DKK per booking.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 2 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
